Teen heartthrob and Pop singer Justin Bieber is set to return to Memphis for his “Believe” Tour that will be held at the FedExForum in Downtown Memphis in November. Justin Bieber’s tour will be bringing special guest and opening act Carly Rae Jepsen who currently has the hit song “Call Me Maybe.”
