Want to learn to cook simple and healthy vegetarian food? Join Deepika Konakanchi and Ruby Gyan at 11:00am the third Sunday of every month at Whole Foods.

For the October session, Deepika Konakanci and Ruby Gyan will focus on tulsi – often called “holy basil.” Tulsi has many health benefits and it is easy to grow in the Mid-South.

The session will include some ayurdevic tips on eating in-tune with nature, season and our body type. Donations are welcome.
